Cancellations 

Please confirm your order before submitting a purchase. If an order is incorrect and Supple Nature has not accepted and fulfilled the order, cancellation request(s) be made via the Contact Us page. Cancellations may not always be guaranteed. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please complete the Contact Us section and include a photo depicting the damaged item. Inquires must be made within 48 hours of your receiving the product. Please only submit emails from the email account used to purchase the order. Once received, our team will be review it and get back to you.
